At Oakmans Estate Agents, we're a family-run business with deep community roots. Since the beginning, we've supported local charities, partnered with businesses, and worked alongside schools and organisations in our area.

£250 a Week for Local Charities

In 2026, we're launching a new initiative: donating £250 every single week to local charities. That's £13,000 over the year going directly to causes that make a real difference.

This weekly commitment will help fund ongoing projects, cover essential costs, and support vital work that depends on community backing. For many organisations, a few hundred pounds can create meaningful change.

Why We're Doing It

Our business is built on strong local connections. We've previously supported Birmingham Hospice and The British Heart Foundation, and we've seen the incredible impact charities have. This campaign is our way of supporting those who dedicate themselves to helping others.
 

What £250 Can Do

This amount might fund food banks, equipment for community centres, support services for vulnerable families, or activities that strengthen local connections. Week by week, these contributions build something significant.

How to Get Involved

We want the community to lead this initiative. You can nominate any registered charity based in Shirley, Bromsgrove, Selly Oak, Northfield, Harborne or Redditch in two ways:
