Proud to Be Part of the Bournville Village Festival

The Bournville Village Festival has been at the heart of the community since 1902, a much-loved tradition passed through generations. Paused only during wartime and briefly in 2020 and 2021, it has stood as a symbol of togetherness and local pride for over a century. This year marked its 123rd celebration, once again bringing residents and visitors together to enjoy everything that makes Bournville so special.
On 28th June, we were delighted to join the festivities. With the help of the local Scouts setting up our flag, we were ready for a day of celebration. To mark the occasion, we offered a one-day-only £1,000 discount on estate agency fees - a fantastic opportunity for anyone thinking about selling to make some great savings.
The festival was alive with music, performances and activities for all ages, and the atmosphere was incredible from start to finish. Our colourful balloons added to the fun, bringing plenty of smiles, especially among families enjoying the day.
One of the highlights for us was speaking with so many local homeowners, buyers and landlords. We chatted about the property market, answered questions, and offered free, no-pressure advice. It was a wonderful chance to meet people face-to-face and to feel part of such a well-loved community tradition.
