These comments from me are purely based on my direct interaction with my Protection Specialist Advisor, Lisa Gilsenan. I consider myself fortunate that I was introduced to herself by her colleague (who’s my mortgage adviser) for she specialises in protection / insurance.

When you are buying a house for the first time, like in my case, you seek not only a professional but also a friend who would (virtually) hold your hand and take you through the process. Well, if you are keen to have such a friendly hand, she is the lady.

On the top of being a first-time buyer, I am an old man who is buying a house much much later in his life, that is, well over half a century I have lived on the face of Earth. So, I particularly, needed a consultant who is exceptionally patient and pleasant at the same time. I got lucky to have her to help me with the entire insurance/protection process. I felt fully protected with her! 😊

Furthermore, I do not understand financial and mortgage language / terminologies. So, Lisa would sit down and first explain to me the terms/terminologies and associated implications before proceeding with any step/stage of the protection process. She not only explained repeatedly at times for me being slow to understand, but also, she’d use examples form daily life to elaborate various complicated scenarios so that a lay man can easily relate to.

She found me the best deal which covered all the eventualities in terms of life insurance against critical illness and terminal illness, despite being an old man. In Lisa I have found nothing but total quality in everything she says and does. I have noticed her communications (both oral as in over the phone or online meetings as well as in writing) to be friendly, effective, and professional.

I would strongly recommend her to anyone as your protection / insurance adviser. You can not find one better than her, as she’s the best.

Katie, Lesley and Amanda, we're amazing from day one. They were supportive, engaging, proactive and working to get everything done as fast as possible. They were thoughtful, caring and lovely to work with. Katie, Lesley and Amanda made what was at times, not an easy process to go through, manageable and personable.
