I changed to Oakmans following 2/TWO broken previous sales!
I shan't muddy waters by telling you what every Estate Agent does but highlight what made the difference. Bear in mind it was a No sale, No fee.

First is the marketing. The full smorgersboard - stills, videos, still floor plan and an interactive one. Expecially good was the professional aerial photography. Got to see to it to be believed.
In other words, a Buyer, can see the property from every angle and close up to see EVERYTHING without leaving home.
Fast turnaround to get it all online.

The next difference is the follow-through by a different and dedicated team (thanks Lesley).
Regular and constant contact between all parties involved!
The Exchange and Completion was a touch-and-go-affair but Lesley kept it going. I felt my sale was a priority.

Finally, my property was "out-of-the-area" and yet they achieved the actual sale. Over and above.

What more could a Seller want? Full 5 stars. I'd give more stars if I could!
